Common questions

Do I need to install anything?+

No. Pixvero runs entirely in your browser and on our servers. Nothing to install locally.

Where are my images processed?+

The Excel Image Downloader, Product URL Extractor and AI Background Studio run server-side. The Image Studio processes everything inside your browser so files never leave your machine.

How does the 403 fallback work?+

For every image we try a direct request, then a full browser-session request, then a real headless Chromium context. The winning method is recorded in the Summary_Report.

Can I use my own dimensions?+

Yes. Pick 'Custom' in Image Studio and enter width + height. All presets can be overridden.

Are my failed rows saved?+

Every ZIP includes a Failed_Report.xlsx listing SKU, URL, exact error and which download method was tried.
